Today, we will talk about the denim fabric screen printing ink, and it is Eco-friendly water based denim fabric printing ink.
Water based denim fabric screen printing ink can be divided into two types.
The first one is acrylic resin based water based denim screen printing ink, this kind of ink can be used for common denim fabric, jeans and water-proof fabric printing, could pass standard washing test, abrasion test and acid test etc.
The Second one is PU based water based denim screen printing ink, this kind of ink can be used for high end denim fabric printing ink the denim clothes and jeans making process. It has the same high fastness and elasticity as acrylic resin based denim printing ink, and its soft hand feel is better than acrylic resin based denim printing ink, and suitable for high end denim screen printing.
Of course, this PU based water based denim screen printing ink’s cost is also higher than acrylic resin based denim printing ink.
