Manual screen printing is compared to the machine screen printing, it is screen printing by human people on the textile fabric pieces or garments etc. it is worked by original manual operation. Not like machine printing, machine screen printing is worked by spider/carousel printing machine, oval garment automatic screen printing machine, rotary/round printing machine or flat bed printing machine etc.
Although the future trend is using machine screen printing, manual screen printing still has many advantages that machine printing does not have. for instance, manual screen printing operates flexible, it can make small amounts of garment printing order, and also could fulfill bulk production garment printing order. It is no need scheduled maintenance for the complicated printing equipments. in some respect, manual screen printing controls better for printing effects by skilled workers than machine printing.
