Ready To Use Watery Water Based Binder Printing
To speak of the binder, we will think of that it is a special kind of water based ink that not only can be used manual hand screen printing, but also could be used for rotary textile printing and flat textile printing machine’s screen printing.
Although binder is a category of water based ink, but binder itself also can be divided into several categories, for example, Ready to use watery water based binder, imitated reactive water based binder, common water based binder ect.
Ready to use watery water based binder is kind of water based screen printing ink that can be directly used for fabric screen printing without add extra water or mixture, so it is very convenient to use, it is not like common water based binder, that need add thickener and need to stir evenly for a long time.
Ready to use watery water based binder’s printing is also very good, it has the features of natural soft hand feel, high fastness, no-blocking the mesh, good filming.
For Ready to used watery water based binder, it can be added 1~8% of the pigment that can mix out any kind of the colors needed for screen printing. Its printing is bright and distinct in colors.
As previous mentioned, it’s no need to add thickener. But you can choose to add or not to add thickener. If you want to add some thickener, 0~2% PTF thickener would be fine. Remember to stir evenly after add the thickener.
There is one feature for ready to use watery water based binder that is the same as common water based binder. It is that the binder is only suitable for screen printing on light color fabric and cloth, but not suitable for screen printing on dark color fabric and cloth. This is what we need to notice.
