Water Based Ink, as environmental friendly screen printing ink applied in textile and garment printing industry. was developed a special kind of ink specially used for flocking printing. It is called Electrostatic Flock Water Based Ink.
The Printing process: Screen print this electrostatic flock water based ink for 2~3 times as under based printing — then start the electrostatic flocking by electrostatic flocking machine — and then natural dry for 8~24 hours — after that, cure at 150-160 centigarades for 2 minutes — at last process the washing test and electrostatic flocking is finished.
