Super soft water based ink, it is a high end water based ink that has high technical value.
Water based ink as a newly environmental friendly screen printing ink, is gradually replace the plastisol ink. As plastisol is not so Eco-friendly and has high PVC that could not pass current Eco-standard. But plastisol printing is hand fell is good. Usually water based printing could not reached the same soft hand feel printing effect as the plastisol printing.
But for this super soft water based ink, it could reached the same soft hand feel as the plastisol ink printing. That why it has high technical value.
Someone called Super soft water based ink as imitated discharging water based ink, as it printing looks like water based discharge printing, but not real water discharge printing. It also shows that the super soft water based printing seems integrated into the fabric, and give a super soft and good hand feel for the printing.
